Multi-Year Partnership Application

Thank you for considering a multi-year partnership. Only a small number of schools and districts take this on at once, and every application is reviewed personally. Take your time — thoughtful, honest answers help us understand whether it's the right fit.

A few notes before you begin. Please keep each answer to about 200 words — specific and honest beats long, and a counter under each question will help you stay on track. There's no save feature, so set aside roughly 20 minutes to complete it in one sitting. Readiness for deep work

Multi-year work asks schools to look honestly at what is and isn't working. What makes you ready for that kind of candor? What does your team have in place to carry the work between visits — coaches, collaborative time, leadership structures? How much freedom do your teachers and leaders have to change instruction, materials, or schedules? What other initiatives or competing priorities might pull attention or resources away from this work over the next few years?

Fit, resources & logistics

What would make this partnership a success three years from now? Multi-year work is a real investment. How are you thinking about funding it — and what budget or funding sources might support it? What data do you currently collect that we could look at together to understand progress over time? What's your ideal timeline, and roughly what scope are you imagining? (one school, several, or whole district) Is there anything else you'd like Jan to know?
